Version 2026-09-21. This policy explains how to tell us about content we host that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, and what we do about it. It is part of our Terms of Service and meets our duties as a hosting service under UK law and the EU Digital Services Act.
What we host
Customers publish machine-readable records of their own advertising through our service. Each record is the customer's content, signed with the customer's key. Our grade, where one is shown, is kept in a separate field labelled as our opinion.
How to send a notice
Email legal@worldauth.com with "Notice" in the subject line, and include:
- the exact record identifier or URL;
- why you believe the content is unlawful or infringes your rights, explained clearly enough for us to assess it without further research;
- your name and email address (you may leave these out only if you are reporting an offence involving child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.
If you believe a record infringes your copyright, also include the work you believe is infringed.
What we do
- We acknowledge every notice.
- We review it diligently, objectively and without undue delay. People review every notice; we do not decide notices by automated means alone.
- We tell you what we decided and why.
- If we remove, withdraw or restrict content, we give the customer who published it a statement of reasons, including the facts relied on and how to challenge the decision.
- Anyone affected can ask us to review a decision by replying to our message within six months. A different person reviews it. You can also go to court, or, in the EU, to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.
- We may stop processing notices from anyone who repeatedly sends notices that are manifestly unfounded, after warning them.
- If we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety, we will inform the relevant authorities.
- We keep records of notices and decisions for three years.
